This perspective captures Kuepper's lab underneath the ceiling/platform slab. It emulates her perception of the potential of science to be a long term solution to the current global catalysts. This is displayed through the extension of the platform almost passing through the barrier of rocks which pose the struggle of science to reach those most in need of development.
Hawking's criticism concerning what science values, more so greed rather than the future of the Earth and the human race, is displayed through this image in which knowledge is caged within a box rather than applied for the betterment of the future. The considerable difference in volume between the top square ceiling and the platform in which he will be grounded on to (separated by the 3m slit shown in the image) visualises the heavy consequence of human "greed and stativity."
The two images above display the meeting place for Kuepper and Hawking, where Kuepper's platform acts a ceiling and Hawking's landform ramp acts as the ground for their discussions. This interplay and morphing of prisms to serve two contrasting functions echoes the uncertainty of whether science is a vital key for the Earth's future. But more importantly, the interlocking of the prisms cater for the needs and idiosyncrasies of each client where Kuepper treks to find solutions to current global issues and Hawking ponders about the survival of mankind.
